IT SUPPORT ANALYST MULTINATIONAL - Dhs 15,000 - 17,000 + Standard Benefits. For a large multinational consultancy firm. You will be responsible for IT issues involving PC software / hardware and mobile devices including BlackBerry mobile phones. Maintain and administer LAN networks, MS Exchange Server and Active Directory. You will have a very high level of customer service and communication skills, strong hardware and software skills and a minimum of 3-5 years technical support experience. You will hold a Degree in Computer Science and MCSE / MCSA certifications.
