JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a well-known company in the engineering industry based in Bahrain.

Qualification Requirements:

-Must have a University degree in Architecture or equivalent.

-Minimum 15 years of architectural experience in the GCC. 

Responsibilities:

*Update with fee proposals being sent out and agreements reached with clients on all projects that affect the architectural studio.

*Develop documented systems to deal with project work flow in the studios and update all standard details to keep up with latest design trends.

*Redistribute resources and personnel within teams in the architecture studio as may be necessary to manage the workload requirements efficiently.
