Our client, a leading bank is looking for a Relationship Manager of Retail Banking to join its team in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
• Identify / source appropriate opportunities and market the bank’s products in order to fill product gaps in the market.
• Repackage existing products / services and design new products / services to achieve greater market penetration.
• Identify and analyze market opportunities / trends in order to recommend suitable strategies to maximize profits.
• Ensure high standard of customer service, asset protection, credit administration, and accounts management tasks.
• Manage, lead, train and motivate subordinates to maintain high standards of professionalism and technical competence.
Requirements:
• University degree in Banking and Finance, ideally CA/ACCA/CFA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years experience in Retail Banking in a bank in the GCC.
