Qualifications

* Manage the operations and collections teams
* Follow up with customers and maintain the apartment’s sales and purchase agreements
* Review booking forms and ensure updating of customer information
* Oversee the processing operations
* Ensure that reports and documentation are prepared
* Manage and control collection activities
* Conduct periodic collection internal audit
The ideal candidate should have at least ten years experience of which minimum five years should be in real estate in a similar role. The person will lead a team of operations and collections staff, and should have good organizational and management skills.
