Job description:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and tactics in align with the corporate strategy
• Monitor the training and effectiveness ratios of the staff members by monitoring the training feedback from employees and providers.
• Manage Business Risk effectively in all areas of responsibility.
• Develop and implement an appropriate staff performance management and appraisal system.
• Monitor and manage government relation.
• Ensure that all the documentations for each employee are done in accordance to the labor laws of Saudi Arabia.
• Manage change management process.
• Monitor and report HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
Skills & Experience:
• Graduate and/or professional qualification in training and development or HR management or organizational development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing change and development programmers through engaging managers in order to gain their commitment and ensuring that the work is facilitated through other professionals.
• At least three to five years of experience within a commercial environment at an equivalent management level.
• Experience of training needs assessment, solution design and training delivery facilitation within a commercial organization is essential.
