Qualifications and Requirements:
♦Professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced, Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial or Engineering Degree in Computer Science, or a Degree in IT
♦Minimum 5 years of administrative support experience.
♦To set up, execute and organize overall administrative work.
♦To arrange meetings, discussions and appointments.
♦Prepare reports and charts etc. and to enter / retrieve / update information.
♦Good experience in purchasing.
♦Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
