Required for industrial kitchen preventive maintenance, repairs of commercial appliances and HVAC. 

Requirements:

-Knowledge and ability to operate the commercial kitchen equipment, hoods, ice machines, dish machines etc. read diagrams, schematics, reference manual, develop maintenance schedule.

-Be available immediately.
