experience in Competence and Performance Management, the successful candidate for this role will be a part of a team that is
building strong working relationships with each business line within the Company, in order to drive the initiative to
standardize, bring business focus to the competence and performance management system and ensure it is embraced by all parts
of the Company , delivering tangible business improvement. This will involve being part of a team that will complete the
definition of all job competence profiles, working with SMEs in each area. It involves working closely with other Learning &
Development Divisions to ensure the provision of fit-for-purpose training interventions to address identified needs. Salary:
