Job Details :
* Responsible for Benefits Administration activities.
* Responsible for new joinee onboarding formalities and exit
formalities in payroll.
* Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive
compensation plan.
* Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job
descriptions for all positions.
Job Requirements :
* MBA or BBA holder.
* Good communication skills and pleasing personality.
* Expert in use of statistical tools, HRIS systems and Software
including Microsoft products.
* Age below 30 years.
* Two to Four years experience in similar field.
