Applications invited for the post of POOL TECHNICIAN

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts chemical tests on pool water, maintains balanced chemical condition on pool water. Checks, sets and adjusts pool chlorination unit for proper operation.
• Checks pool water temperature, adjusts temperature control settings and/or restarts boiler.
• Maintains a daily log of pool water tests and operations.
• Checks pool ladders and boards for possible safety problems.
• Brushes and vacuums pool. Cleans tile, scum gutters and hair strainers. Hoses

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES 

Essential 
• Ability to operate and maintain pools and related equipment in accordance with prescribed standards. 
• Ability to maintain schedules required for proper pool maintenance. 
• Ability to perform normal maintenance and cleaning services of pool and pool equipment.

Skills:

KEY SKILLS: Good communication skills 
Ability to work with minimal supervision 
Physical ability to perform the assigned duties
