2. Preparation of Project Budget & Calculation of detailed man-hours, machine

    hours.

3. Resource Loading in Primavera P6 for individual Projects.

4. Preparation of project Cash flow.

5. Preparation of man power Calculation & utilization schedule.

6. Updating progress of work using primavera p6.

7. Preparation of recovery program to catch up delays. 

8. Preparation of short term detailed schedule based on baseline schedule
