Overall responsible for all day-to-day operation and maintenance of the power plant and administrative

functions of the project. Responsible for the efficient, economical and safe operation of project
equipment, capital equipment, and project work force. Shares and implements the Co’s vision of O&M
Service and company policies. Ensures high standards of O&M service quality and fulfillment of guarantees. Manages all areas of responsibility consistent with site procedures to fulfill the O&M

Agreement, owner's plan of operations, Power Purchase Agreements (if applicable), governmental
requirements, and good utility practices. Plant Manager communicates regularly with immediate superior
and the Owner's Asset Manager for Information exchange, consultation, guidance and required
approvals.

Required European or american experience. Must have Power plant operation and Maintenance Experience.
