Qualification Requirements:

= Degree in Law from a reputed University ·

= Language - English - Fluency in both written and spoken

=  Minimum ten years experience in Corporate & Company Law, Commercial & Business Laws, Arbitration, International commercial contracts and Agreements, Industrial contracts & claims, Joint venture Projects etc. and possessing good drafting and negotiating skills.
