Job Description:

An experienced senior legal advisor is sought by 
this prestigious Bahraini institution to provide 
all-round commercial legal advice to the entire 
business. The successful applicant will liaise with 
the CEO and Chairman on a daily basis to ensure 
that all legal and regulatory requirements are met 
as the company progresses towards its strategic and 
commercial goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and keep abreast of changes in the laws 
as well as draft and review all contractual 
agreements.

• Liaise with the counterparties and co-ordinate 
the execution of necessary documentation.

• Conduct research; develop strategy, arguments and 
testimony in preparation for presentation of case.

• Co-ordinate, advice, guide, train and develop 
subordinates in the legal department.

• Review the legal documentation and contracts to 
ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Conduct research; develop strategy, arguments and 
testimony in preparation for presentation of case.

Qualification Requirements:

• Applicants must have extensive legal education 
and several years in-house experience in a 
commercial business in the GCC.

• Experience and/or interest in the aviation sector 
would be an advantage, as would Arabic language 
capability.
