Job Description:
	Our client, a global Law Firm with offices 
	throughout the Middle East is looking for Legal 
	Secretaries to join their offices at various 
	locations in the GCC. The successful candidate will 
	be expected to complete an exciting mixture of work 
	for the Litigation department.
	Job Responsibilities:
	
	• Taking instructions and queries from 
	Partners, Associates and Senior Paralegals.
	
	• Providing legal assistance to the 
	Litigation team.
	• Arrange translations and overlook some 
	Diary Management.
	
	• Overlook other secretarial duties.
	
	Qualification Requirements:
	
	• Degree in the relevant field.
	
	• A minimum of three years secretarial experience 
	within a legal firm in the GCC.
	
	• Excellent communication skills in English, 
	ideally also fluent in Arabic.
