    Job Details:
    
          * Preparation of sub-contractor bills.
 
          * Responsible for overall progress & completion of all the works.
 
          * Preparation of Monthly Reconciliation of all the Building Materials.

Job Requirements:
 
            * Good communication skill in English.
   
            * Excellent revenue management skills with experience of budgets.
               
                * Minimum 2-5 years experience in the same field.

                * Must have transferable visa.
