Job Description:

An Electro - Mechanical Division of a reputed construction company in

Qatar is currently looking for MEP COST CONTROL ENGINEER.

Qualification Requirements:

• Engineering graduate with minimum seven years experience

  in Mechanical or Electrical Systems

• Core area of experience Good exposure in developing and

  implementing the Cost Controlling for MEP systems for the large scale

  residential / commercial high rise projects

• Exposure to preparing progress reports and basic project management tools

• Working Knowledge in MS office and Primavera

Job Responsibilities:

• Shall coordinate with the main contractor’s / MEP consultant

  for progress report inspections

• Shall be responsible for preparing the Site Progress Reports,

  collecting data’s from execution team, forecast reports for both execution and cost parts

• Shall prepare cost analysis between budget and actual status

• Shall prepare weekly progress report and submit it to the project manager

• Shall supervise cost control team and collect necessary information in order to prepare reports.

• Shall coordinate with the all engineering teams to get the latest updated information for the reports.
