Credentials
Bachelor Degree as a minimum in IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent.
Masters Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field.
Knowledge of global perspective of Information Technology (including system administration; technology architecture, design, integration and protocols);
network infrastructure and enterprise systems;
latest IT trends, innovations and developments and application of Software and Operating Systems Advanced skills in Team Management & Development, Risk Management and Strategic Thinking and Planning are required. Bilingual (English and Arabic) applicants preferred.
Description Main Duties:
Manage and oversee the IT Support Section, review maintenance of existing systems, provide direction in all technology related issues;
identify, evaluate and assess solutions and methodologies and recommend solutions for ADEC based on the identified architecture and technology standards.
Enable and develop systems that effectively provide end-user and back-end support to systems and applications and oversee all activities relating to implementing, administering and testing new applications, systems, networks etc.
Manage the documentation of the policies and procedures for various functions in the section and lead the technical development of ADEC’s website.
