Job Description Position : Desktop Support Engineer Job location : Dubai & Abu Dhabi Skills required 1. Should be a Graduate / Dip / BE. 2. Should have around 2 - 4 Years of IT technical support experience 3. Microsoft Certification a big advantage 4. Should have experience in administering the Desktop, Laptops, Servers and Backup & Peripherals. 5. Should be able to troubleshoot on Applications, Operating System etc. Should have relevant experience in installation and support of Windows NT/2000/XP etc. The primary responsibilities of Desktop Engineer will be 6. Responsible for providing IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting. 7. Responsible for the implementation, support, administration and management of Windows NT/2000/XP workstations and/or servers. 8. Configuration of Lotus Notes.

Education: Basic - Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
