Job Details :
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with
the overall business strategy.
* Maintain good relationship with the vendors.
* Maintain data integrity and ensure smooth functioning of Human
Resources Management System.
* Develop training content to serve the training objectives derived
from the training needs analysis.
Job Requirements :
* Three years experience in similar field.
* Candidates should be MBA holder.
* International exposure will be an advantage.
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Only male candidates can apply.
* Expert in use of statistical tools, HRIS systems and
software including Microsoft products.
