Receptionist cum Cashier jobs in Bahrain

•Answering the phone and taking messages.
•Arranging schedules and calendars
•Following up on office matters, stationary, documentation, ..etc.
•Receiving cash, and issuing receipts.
•Reconciliation of cash and receipt vouchers on daily basis, and reporting to the Accountant.
•Handling cash and depositing to bank account, and performing bank reconciliation.


Requirement:
•Strong English language skills
•knowledge of accounting / bookkeeping, and payment procedures.
•Thorough knowledge of MS-EXCEL and MS-PowerPoint and all other Microsoft office packages
•Ability to produce financial reports
•Ability to write invoices and follow up with clients for invoice payments
