To ensure that the store is being managed and is maintained to the highest standards specifically relating to display, service to customers, hygiene and product availability in order to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirement:

Minimum of Bachelor Degree. Previous Experience in line management with fluent English (speaking & writing), Arabic speaking is an advantage, must be enthusiastic person, who has a flair for retail and is passionate for customer service, must also be able to motivate a team of sales people in order to meet targets, possesses good communication, merchandising skills, analytical skills & commercial acumen. Must be able to monitor measure sales / staff productivity.
