Qualification Requirements:

= Degree Holder. 

= Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

= Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner. 

= Atleast five years exp. in Accounts/Sales

with Interior Fit-out/Furniture companies. 

= The ability to lead and motivate a team. 

= Good spoken and written communication skills. 

= Good organizational and time management skills. 

= A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure.

= Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.

= Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients.
