Job Description:

A leading MEP contractor based in Dubai seeks to hire a QUANTITY SURVEYOR.

Qualification Requirements:

= Holding a B.Sc Degree in QS or Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical discipline,

= Minimum seven years of similar experience in using FIDIC & preparation of quantity

take-off, estimation & BOQs.

= Your key tasks will be to formulate forecasts, budgets, cost control project cost data,

ETC & EAC, and you should have knowledge of all types of contractual claims & variations, etc.

= The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional member of RICS/AIQS

= Have excellent command of English.
