Senior Human Resources Officer (UAE National)
This financial services organisation is looking for an experienced and committed HR Officer to be solely responsible for all
HR duties for the Dubai operation of 100 staff. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work independently on general HR
issues and be responsible for HR areas such as managing the entire recruitment cycle, managing the Emiratisation process,
managing the payroll process, updating and reviewing HR policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance procedures,
compensation and benefits and organising training and development. You will be a UAE National with a minimum of two to three
years generalist HR experience and have a tertiary qualification in HR or a related field. You will have a high awareness of
HR disciplines and good knowledge of Emiratisation, immigration regulations and UAE labour law. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills are essential and you must be calm, professional, assertive, capable and able to influence and lead by
example. Banking experience will be a distinct but not essential.
