Requirements:
•Applicants should have recognized university Degree in Civil or Water / Wastewater or Mechanical field.
•At least 10 years of demonstrated experience and proven management skills out of which 6 years in managing large water projects of cities or in managing operations & maintenance of water and wastewater systems.
•Knowledge of project management techniques in all phases of engineering procurements – feasibility and design, construction, construction inspection, close out, construction management, contract negotiations, cost estimating and other relevant.
