dealers in the Middle East, is looking for a
competent, efficient and professional Executive
Secretary to join the team who can provide
effective administrative support to its General
Manager.
Qualifica tion Requirements:
• College Degree/Diploma or relevant Secretarial
Certification.
• Minimum four years of professional secretarial
experience with the ability to interact confidently
with high profile local and expatriate clients.
• High level of familiarity with MS Office
applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills with pleasing personality and the ability to
interact with people at all levels.
• Excellent command over English language.
Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added
advantage.
Job responsibilities:
Include making travel arrangements, organizing meetings,
taking minutes and keeping notes, preparing correspondences and letters,
administering the office, while maintaining confidential data and professionally
dealing with clients and staff.
