Job Description:
1. Become knowledgeable in the ADMA WVA (Well Value Assurance) process – training will be provided for this. 2. Assist in the development of the WVA process. 3. Coach well project teams in the implementation of the WVA process. Project teams will mainly consist of drilling and petroleum engineers, geo-scientists, petro-physicists and logistics people. This coaching will consist of: • Organizing and running kick off meetings for the project teams. • Facilitating the teams in setting up project schedules and phase deliverables, selecting gatekeepers and responsible persons for each phase of WVA. • Organizing and running regular team meetings for the project teams. • Coaching the project team through the project in working together to deliver work in an integrated fashion in accordance with the project schedule and WVA guidelines.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Petroleum , Other Engineering )
