Applications are invited for the post of  Product Development Manager

Responsibilities:

*Foster and maintain a 'Safety First' culture and work environment. 
*Lead and supervise the new product development technical teams. 
*In collaboration with a cross functional team initiate and bring to fruition of new glass wool, stone wool and other insulation products to provide the business an overall predominant differentiation in the marketplace. 
*Use the STAR process to manage the new products development process by using in-house and external resources, market driven and in close collaboration with the production and marketing. 
*Be responsible for know-how internal transfer and for project portfolio management & execution, with periodic updates for innovation committee review.

Skills, knowledge & experience required:

*Degree holder in any engineering course preferably in mechanical or chemical. 
*Minimum of 3 years work experience in new product development preferably in glass wool and stone wool processes. 
*Computer literate.
*Strong project management skills and results orientation required.
