Job description:
Khaleej Times is looking for an experienced Arabic-English translator to work with one of the best news teams in the region.
The job involves translating Arabic-language news stories, press releases and documents for the newspaper in a fast-paced newsroom environment and under strict deadlines.
You will work in shifts with a team and also get opportunities to go out with reporters to cover stories in case needed.
You will need to demonstrate integrity, self-motivation and excellent attention to details and be available to join quickly.
Skills:
- Excellent command of English, writing and grammatical skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic.
- Excellent computer skills, including translation oriented applications.
Degree: Bachelor's degree/higher diploma
