Job Description:
> Preference to applicants with diploma in hospitality.
> Preference to applicants with diploma in hospitality.
> Work experience of minimum 3 to 4 years in a similar post within a 5 star hotel or restaurant is required.
> Preference will be given to applicants between 21 to 28 years of age.
> Able to work in a variety of environments.
> Should have an exposure to smoky environments and harsh variations in weather conditions.
> Some heavy lifting may be required while on duty.
> Able to provide friendly, professional and efficient bar service.
> Ensure maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Brand and Company standards.
> Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in the Brand Standard Operating Procedures.
> Order or requisition liquor and supplies (if alcohol is served).
> Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
> Slice fruit for garnishing drinks.
> Ensure that all stock is established as per par levels and stored according to Company Food.
> Take orders from customers and Waiter/Waitress in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
> Mix ingredients such as liquor (if served), soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to Beverage Recipes.
> Serve alcoholic (if served) & non-alcoholic beverages according to defined standards.
