You will manage all spheres of contracts administration within the company including FIDIC and NEC contracts. You will be responsible for cost and planning functions, the tendering of new projects, cost claims, etc., in existing projects, and for managing the commercial aspects of projects including budgeting. The successful applicant will have a Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, and at least 10 years of extensive contracts management experience in a construction / MEP or district cooling environment.
