Our client, a Middle East based is looking for a Head of Finance to join their team in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
• Ensure effective operational risk management framework within the bank.
• Impart cross training to all clerical staff and maintain back up for all functions.
• Implement plans for financial activities and ensure smooth workflow of departmental operations.
• Analyze the MIS reports generated and suggest new amendments to financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Must be MBA/CPA or equivalent degree in banking, finance or related field.
• 10-15 years managerial experience in Finance in a bank in the GCC.
