Type : Special or Indefi nite Contract Job Purpose: Provides a corporate job analysis and evaluation service for Qatargas.
Prepares job descriptions and analyses and evaluates job related information.
Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources Administration with specialised training in Hay Group job analysis and evaluation methodology (should be Hay certifi ed).
Should be familiar with standard business software such as Excel and MS Word.
Candidate with 5 to 8 years experience in human resources administration, including at least 4 years in job analysis, job description review and job evaluation.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate with ability to write clear, unambiguous and succinct job descriptions is essential.
Salary: 18,000qrs-20,000qrs/month + transportation allowance
