All the persons applying should be a BE or B.Tech Civil qualified. Work experience of 5- 10 years is required. Should be experienced in Gulf. Persons without a driving license are requested not to apply for this post. 
Job Description:
> Establishing the “for construction” budgets and final “as-built’’ quantities and estimates.
> Comparing the post tender budget with budget arrived from construction drawings.
> Preparing a master BOQ and master budget and arriving at the actual margin.
> Submitting Monthly Invoicing / Billing and Follow up to get the payment certificate from the Client and Consultants
> Preparing cost implication for additional works with relevant justification.
> Submitting Cost Implication and getting the Approval from the Client and Consultants.
> Monitoring the project expenditure in terms of proposed budget.
> Rate analysis for all works relating to subcontract work and certifying the subcontractor bills.
