*Monitoring the construction and commissioning of the Plant,ensuring design is in accordance with the specification
*Coordinating between construction and commissioning of the Plant, and the public water transmission system
*Commenting and advising on progress of the works
*Verifying that construction is safe and in accordance with the law
*Confirming the satisfaction of all requirements for the commencement of commercial operation of the Plant

Requirement:
*Experience of reverse osmosis desalination plant construction, commissioning of process plants would be an advantage
*At least 15 years of experience in construction management
*Experience as a designer of relevant infrastructure,managing and leading project teams to successful outcome
*Good knowledge of project planning tools and other aspects of project controls
