Head of Retail Banking, Oman
Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Head of Retail Banking to join its dynamic team in Oman.
Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs, initiate action and follow up.
• Review and control the branches operating costs within the budget.
• Plan, organize, direct and control retail banking activities and resources.
• Monitor retail banking strategy in order to gain and sustain the bank’s competitive edge.
• Analyze, implement and follow up market intelligence, in order to devise retail banking strategies.
Requirements:
• At least 15 years of related experience in retail banking in a bank in the GCC.
• University Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Banking, Finance or related field.
