Our client is a leading Abu Dhabi government organisation. Still in their infancy stage, they are looking for an Emirati to join their growing HR division as a Personnel and Development Administrator. This role will be extremely busy and challenging and there is a lot of opportunity for career advancement.You will be responsible for the following: assisting with the training budget and delivery; participating in training needs analysis; developing training programs; assisting with annual performance appraisals and assisting in succession planning. This is a position for UAE Nationals only. You must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.Ideally, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in either HR or similar and have one to three years of relevant experience. Our client is looking for candidates with strong, outgoing personalities with ambition to succeed and a willingness to commit themselves to the advancement of this organisation.
