Director of Operations-Saudi Arabia
As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overall management of ATVAM Operations Contract SOW
Responsibilities:
· Ensures overall program performance and contractual compliance
· Plans, manages, and controls day to day activities of Operations staff
· Ensures budget and schedule meet program requirements
· Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, and setting priorities
· Interface with ATVAM CRM and other program stakeholders and partners
· Reports to ACS Middle East General Manager
Requirements:
- 4-year college degree required, MBA preferred
- 4+ years managing call centers and/or transaction processing environments
- Experience with Red Light/Speed Enforcement operations desirable
- Must be able to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
