Job Details:
-Reporting to the Resident Engineer, Organize the team as to different duties and tasks for the 20-building project
-Assess and assign inspectors to fit and maximize the productivity and accomplishments
-Conduct design, quality and safety procedures review according to the requirements
-Conduct snagging/de-snagging and other handover pre requirements
-Update comprehensive records of project progress and team performance
Requirements:
*Engineering/Architecture Degree is required
*7+ years experience with Major Projects Buildings (High Rise, Commercial, Residential etc.)
*Minimum 5 years experience in UAE
*Excellent communication skills and have pleasant personality.
*Be a self motivated person always
