JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

- Candidate should have a bachelor degree in Urban Planning or architectural

  engineering with relevant work experience in planning projects

- Candidate should have at least 5 yrs of expertise in developing concept plan

  including zoning guidelines, land usage, and coordinate with other engineering

  fields to prepare preliminary and detailed design
