* Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
* Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
* Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
* Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Job Requirements :
* BSC Computer Science holder.
* Ten years experience in IT field.
* Softwares & Hardware experience is preferred.
* Good communication skills in English.
