On behalf of our client, a Polyolefin producer is currently requiring a Mechanical Trainer.
Responsible for the development and implementation of training and systems to support the Emiritization Program for UAE Nationals. Will be required to assist in the design and production of suitable training support materials to ensure that the Emiritization Program Quality Standards are maintained and that there is uniformity in the delivery of high standards of training which includes both On and off the job training. Provide support to PA departments in the training and development. The candidate must at least hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6 to 8 years experience out of which 2 years is in a supervisory level in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of equipment in an Oil/Gas/Petrochemical Industry. Should be highly proficient on engineering skills with good knowledge of English both written and spoken.
