* Building up a network of Property Consultants & brokers for
getting new sites.
* First level Negotiation with Developers / Landlords for
Commercial and legal aspects.
* Building up a robust pipeline of Retail spaces for the
coming months.
* Preparing all Site related documents required for approvals.
Job Requirements :
* Five years UAE experience in the field of IT / Supplies / Stationery.
* Any graduate.
* Driving licence is must.
* Good communiction skills in English.
