Qualifications
• BE/ B Tech in Electrical engineering with more than 10 years experience.
• Familiar with electrical protection system: relay testing, commissioning, coordination and calculation studies for all types of relays including latest digital types.
• Familiar with high voltage system maintenance and operation: GIS , transformers , LPOF cables etc
• Should be well versed with protection and electrical interlocks,
• Capable to troubleshoot and generate investigation report (root cause analysis) .
• Familiar with international standards on relevant field. (IEEE , IEC, NEC, NEMA, ANSI, NFPA, API ..)
• Should interpret drawing and able to review and comment on electrical system design packages.
• Capable of working in a team.
• Should be familiar with safety requirement of petrochemical plants (continues process).
