Job Details:
Responsibilities are:
-Primary focus is on site support and administration of SugarCRM
-Offer front line assistance to business users
-React to user requests for assistance and enhancements
-Investigate, resolve and update support incidents
-Provide technical advice, specific answers, and/or solutions
-Execute application and workflow enhancement tasks
-Keep up key business users and super users, internal process documentation
-Execute training on the functional aspects of business software
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
-Prior application support experience
-Excellent customer service skills
-Exellent presentation and communication skills
-Problem solving skills
