A global bank is looking for a Training Manager to join their dynamic team in Kuwait.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance.
> Preference to applicants having MBA with HR.
> Work experience of minimum 5 years in a similar role in a bank in the GCC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Liaise with top level management to gain approval for training of the banks employees.
> Developing training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
> Co ordinate and provide information on banking related courses and training opportunities.
> Formulating teaching outlines in conformance with selected instructional methods.
> Prepare employee orientation programmes as well as training website and database systems.
