Job description
• Good command of prevailing office language and ability to type
• With excellent communication skills (English), knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
• Attending / answering telephones and faxes
• Organize diaries, itineraries, meetings and other administrative duties
• Updates, maintains and compiles all department records and correspondence
• Prepares Internal and External memo as advice from the Manager
• Keeps sensitive / confidential material when requested
Qualifications
College graduate (Business Management, Business Administration or Associate’s degree in a business related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Secretary
• With excellent communication skills (English), knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
• Dynamic, active and highly motivated
• Proper manner and nice personality
• Valid driving license
• Computer literate (knowledge in the use of Microsoft office - Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
