Primary Purpose of the Job
• The main functions of the role are to design, implement and support SAP MM module with in integrated system.
• Make sure business permanence requirements are met and improve the system quality and new add-on in SAP system

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for the day to day SAP MM related modules support operations.
2. Provide input for the development of the company’s long term policies and procedures for the activities of procurement, materials and services in the SAP system.
3. Identify opportunities that the SAP MM module provide to improve the procurement procedures in the company.
4. Gathers detailed requirements from users for support work, approved projects and enhancements to existing SAP configuration.
5. Review and make recommend reports variances in material and procurement department.
6. Prepare and participate in the development of end user training material, review and coordinate with user and conduct user training sessions as required.
7. Review and make recommendations for improvement to SAP MM functionalities to enhance the business processes.
8. Prepare MIS reports for company’s departments on SAP related issues including system development and maintenance.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned; including attending meetings with other department’s representatives to discuss SAP related issues.
10. Keep up to date with all SAP related issues by establishing required contacts with users, software publications to ensure company utilizing the latest information system

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Strong customizing experience in SAP MM modules.
• 6+ years experience in SAP MM solution delivery experience, Business Blueprint, Realization to implementation
• Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
• Very good experience in an SAP environment with a broad understanding of the application and important aspects of successfully developing and implementing SAP solutions.
• Ability to take the lead on a project, work independently on projects and deliver the project from start to finish

• Handling the issues and incidents in the SAP production environment, and coordinate responses and solutions with BUs and IT team
• Ensure that business requirements are properly configured within SAP and that all development objects perform as designed in SAP.

Special Features:
Computer Science degree or relevant experience in a similar environment.
