Job Description:
1. Ability to handle complete office management independently.
2. Prepare letter, memos, correspondence independently.
3. Manage travel, accommodation, transportation and other small arrangements.
4. Prepare required departmental reports as required
5. Follow-up with regional sales coordinators for required reports
6. Prepare presentations for the department managers
7. Assist department managers for their requirements
8. Any other tasks as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate with 3-4 years similar experience.
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Office suite – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS
Power Point etc.
4. Must be well organized
5. Age below 30 years.
Both positions are based in 2nd Industrial City, Dammam (Head Office) and required immediately.
Salary will commensurate with education & experience.
